9月12日 (日)  Gyoza Party 餃子パーティ I invited the highschool first graders who are my present and former students to "Gyoza Party" at my home today. We enjoyed making and eating gyoza or dumplings with minced pork and vegetable stuffing. I bought a food processer just recently I had long wanted. That enables me to mince meat and vegetables easily and quickly. It's amazing! We also made fried Chinese noodle on the electric hot plates. After the meal, we had nice desserts Ayako, my assistant girl, and I had made beforehand. Super delicious! 今年中学を卒業し高校１年生になった生徒さんを招いて餃子パーティなるものを催しました。実は最近フードプロセッサを買ったので餃子を作るのが早く楽になったっていうのが理由の大半。フードプロセッサで具を準備しみんなで皮に包みました。ホットプレートを使い、焼きそばもついでに焼いて、その後は私と綾子さん（アシスタントの女の子）のお手製のデザートをおいしくいただきました。あ、それから私の特製卵入りコーンスープも。超うまかった！
